The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® (LCBR) is a trade association representing over 270 REALTOR® members. Our membership is composed of Real Estate Brokers, Property Managers, Appraisers, and other professionals engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Our members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and are committed to protecting and promoting private homeownership rights, and maintaining high professional standards of practice for our industry.
The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Our members are also part of the nearly 16,000 member strong Oregon Association of REALTORS®. Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® was established in 1987 and serves members throughout Lincoln County and southern Tillamook County, Oregon.
The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® administers the Lincoln County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) serving over 360 REALTOR® members, and administers the Professional Standards enforcement process for over 500 REALTOR® members in Lincoln, Tillamook, and Clatsup counties. Our purpose is to safeguard and advance the interests of REALTORS® and the public and to enable our members to professionally serve our community’s real estate needs.
